What gets in the way

  1. 01

Clients ask about AI, and you have no numbers

Clients want to know whether ChatGPT or Google's AI Overviews recommend them. A few checks by hand don't give you a trend you can report.

  2. 02

Every client sells in different markets

One client sells in Germany, another in five countries and three languages. Answers differ by country and language, so one generic check says little.

  3. 03

    Reporting eats the hours

Screenshots of AI answers are out of date the next day. You need reports clients can open themselves, and data you can drop into your own decks.

How GoGetCited helps

A project per client

Each client brand gets its own prompts, competitors, engines and markets, so setups and numbers never mix.

Costs you can plan

Choose engines and markets per project, and run extra engines on every check or once a week. Google AI Overviews is always included.

Read-only access for clients

Invite client contacts with the viewer role: they can see and export the reports, but can't change anything.

Report links that expire

Send a read-only link to a project's report. Choose when it expires and revoke it any time. It shows that report and nothing else.

Alerts on every project

Visibility drops, competitor gains, lost citations and failed checks, by email or Slack, plus a weekly digest email.

Your data, your decks

CSV exports of answers, prompts, sources and mentions, and printable reports. On plans with API access, a REST API and signed webhooks.

How it works

Set up in minutes, then let the daily checks do the work.

  1. 1

    Add the client's website

GoGetCited reads it and proposes topics, prompts and competitors in the market's language. First answers arrive within minutes.

  2. 2

    Set engines and markets

Pick the AI engines and markets this client needs, and how often extra engines run, to fit the budget.

  3. 3

    Route alerts and invite people

Send alerts to email or Slack, add colleagues as members, and invite client contacts as viewers.

  4. 4

    Report

Print the report for the monthly meeting, or send a read-only link the client can open whenever they like.

You've likely got a few questions

Can my clients log in?

Yes, with the viewer role: they can see and export reports, but can't change anything. Roles apply to a whole workspace, so a viewer sees every project in it. To show a client only their own brand, give them a workspace of its own (each workspace has its own plan), or share a read-only report link.

How do I keep costs down across clients?

Choose engines and markets per project. Extra engines can run on every check or once a week, in all markets or only some. Google AI Overviews always runs and is included.

Can I use the data in my own reports?

Yes. Export answers, prompts, domains, URLs and mentions as CSV, or print a report to PDF. On plans with API access, the REST API and webhooks feed your own dashboards.
